More and more ecological actions, encouraged by Management and overseen by Carole Emery, the hotel's Night Auditor in charge of sustainable development, committed both personally and professionally: "companies have a great impact on their environment. It was our civic duty as an iconic hotel in Biarritz to introduce actions reducing our effect on the planet. Our reputation should serve to raise everyone's awareness, and encourage responsible behaviour (…) to preserve our lovely shoreline and, indeed, our beautiful blue planet".
